Equipment

To begin with, we used a tripod to take
the picture to make our camera steady. The camera settings were ISO 100, Aperture, f/5.6 shutter speed 1/250 sec. Next, we placed a camera onto the tripod to center our picture.
When taking this picture I imagined
my friend meditating in a relaxing setting
Props
we used a chair to place beneath
the subject so they have something to sit on. After we took the pictures I imported them into lightroom then opened it as layers to photoshop and edited so we could get the "floating like" image with the use of one prop.
The pictures worked out very well

because i knew the right settings
to use on the camera to give the
picture the right exposure. The
pictures were fun to shoot trying to
get the "levitation" like picture.
Next time I would try putting my subject in a laying down flat position on a chair or table to give it more of a "levitation" picture after editing also, i would try using different props to make the picture more interesting.
